I Miss The Fat Things

I’ve been eating healthier lately. For almost two month I’ve been on a hardcore diet of fat burning, no sugar, and carb burning. So far, I’ve been a good boy by eating all the good stuff I’m supposed to be eating, like good fats, good carbs, and enough protein to help me hone my body the way it should look. Oh, and exercising is always a good thing too.

But one thing that always gets me. I sure do miss the fat food I used to eat. Man, I miss eating the crap food that made me fat to begin with. I miss pizza, cake, cookies, and I sure miss those hamburgers.

And you know what? I may miss them, but not as much anymore. My mind and body will always crave the bad things, but not nearly as much now. There are always ways to trick my mind into feeling like I had bad things to eat, when I really didn’t. You like Hamburgers? Try turkey burgers instead. Want to feel fuller faster without eating a crap ton of crap? Have a big heapin’ helping of salad BEFORE your meal. This’ll help fill you up more.
